Why Buy from us
- We only advertise furniture, we hold in stock in our own warehouse.
This means that we are the only people controlling the logistics of order processing. Not manufacturers or wholesalers, who may discontinue without notice - or they may be out of stock for a long time.
- We deliver quickly
Planning deliveries is one of the most difficult tasks in supplying furniture. This is why a lot of retailers get this slightly (or completely) wrong! We have our pledge of delivering within 2 weeks (if so requested). We can do this because A) we use our own transport, and B) because we hold everything in stock. Of course it happens sometimes that demand for a particular item outstrips demand. In these cases, we are happy to deliver what we can at the earliest opportunity and deliver the outstanding item at a later date at no extra cost to you.
- No Deposits to pay - We don't ask for any payments until despatch or delivery
The reality of the culture of asking deposits or payment in full to accept an order is that this practice makes the customers finance the operation. Consequently the customer is also made to take the risk - unknowingly. This is particularly important to bear in mind in the current economic climate where many businesses will not pull through.
Given these facts we believe that it is neither ethical, nor fair to use customers advance payments as a source of capital. That's what banks are there for. So, even if you pay by card using our secure online payment option, we do not process any payment until your furniture is loaded on the van. For complete peace of mind you can also pay on delivery.
- We are real people with a real showroom
When you phone us - or when you visit our showroom, you will always be met with a professional attitude. Whoever you speak to will have the authority and the knowledge to deal with any query you might have in a professional and polite manner. No Call centres, no 'I will have to check with the boss', and no long wait on the phone.
- We use our own transport
We wish to ensure that your furniture arrives timely, in perfect condition and that we can keep you updated right up until delivery.
- We offer a price match promise
If you find the same furniture offered at a lower price, we will match the price. We will need to be able to verify the alternative price, and it will have to be an offer from a registered furniture retailer. We will match the total cost of the alternative deal INCLUDING cost of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to price match retrospectively.
- We are financially strong, and self financed
Unfortunately there is a hidden risk in buying high cost items such as furniture - especially if you have to pay up front. If the retailer is financially week, it will be more difficult for him to get full support from the factories, and lead times will suffer. Because we are self financed we are a 'customer of choice' for our suppliers, which is reflected in the reliability we can offer our customers.

pride in representing the company.
