We serve the UK Mainland only and are unfortunately generally unable to deliver elsewhere. We can, however, depending on the furniture deliver in Northern Ireland.
We accept all major Credit- and Debit Cards. Where goods are being paid for by Credit- or Debit Card, either over the phone or using the payment facility on the web site, the payment will not be processed until despatch is planned.
Delivery times are subject to the stock situation at any given time. Quoted delivery times are always from:
a) Date of cleared payment, or agreed acceptance of payment on delivery
b) Date of us having received your full address, and phone no.
The law gives you 7 days right to cancel an order for a full refund (excluding cost of carriage when returning). Because we only deal in goods of much better quality than the prices suggest, we have extended this to 14 days.
If you want to cancel after delivery and the goods are not faulty, you can either return the goods in their original packaging, using your own means of transport, or we will use our carrier. We will refund the full cost of the goods excluding the delivery charge.
If we use our carrier to uplift the goods, and the goods are packed securely in their original packaging, we will not charge for the return carriage. The following exceptions apply:
Self Assembly Furniture
If furniture, which is delivered flat pack for home assembly has been partly or fully assembled, we are unable to refund, unless the item arrived faulty.
Mattresses
Please note that due to hygenic reasons we are unable to accept returns of mattresses unless they are faulty. Manufacturing faults and poor workmanship is, however, covered by the manufacturers warrenty which is always at least one year.
Refunds will be paid within one week of acceptance of a claim by means of a cheque or by refund to the credit card used to pay for the goods.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty, we will seek to replace the goods as soon as possible. If a fault applies to a replacable component, a replacement component will be sent. We would usually not require to have the faulty component returned.
Alternatively you will have the possibility of a full refund, INCLUDING the cost of carriage.
