Henrik Pontoppidan

Managing Director

Henrik is the founder of the company. He is a workaholic, who ‘lives and breathes’ the business, always trying to bring about new and better ways of doing things as well as tirelessly coming up with better furniture.

Henrik manages the buying, procurement, books and finances, Product Development, Web site Development and Marketing.

He is also a passionate guitar player and into Jazz and Blues

Neil May

Operations Manager

Neil is the man who plans the delivery runs and schedules delivery times. Being a skilled woodworking man, and a bit of a wizard with waxes, he is also the consultant who can sort out the rare problems with furniture.

With his detail orientation, and memory like an elephant, Neil will make sure that your order is always in control.

Neil has been a fireman and is a keen golfer – who would challenge anyone to go 18 holes.

Tom Gillespie

Warehouse Manager

Tom manages the physical flow of furniture from the time it arrives until it is loaded on the van. Tom will also jump in the van in peak periods and you may come across him in this capacity for a good banter. Having a military background, during which he was an instructor in security and intelligence, he is a people person, who loves being on the sales floor as well.

Bill Hutchison

Delivery Driver

Bill does loads of miles on the roads, driving from Caithness to Lands End to deliver your furniture safely and timely.

Bill has an exciting past, covering periods living in Australia, and running several pubs around the UK.

Bill is another keen golfer.
