The whole process of buying furniture from your company was top quality, especially the friendly advice and service of Rachel. Although the delivery was slightly delayed because of traffic problems, Tom, the driver, was very patient after a long day and did a great job with bringing the furniture into the house (sorry to hear that he missed watching a good football match with his son) he probably did not arrive back home till well after 10 pm.
